Wildling
Welcome to Wildling. A neighbourhood local, a restaurant, a wine bar serving humble food and wines of the earth. Food-wise, we work closely with a lot of local organic farmers and building a menu that changes hyper-seasonally, celebrating vegetables and produce up front.
Our approach takes really basic ingredients, simple well-farmed produce and building dishes to best exemplify the amazing quality that you can get here in the Okanagan Valley. While the dishes will be smaller, they envision tables full of food and a house party vibe that produces a “sense of abundance.”
Located in the heart of downtown Kelowna’s brewery district and neighbouring the ever popular Perseval & Young Cheesemongers as well as the Carnist butcher shop, the surrounding community around this new restaurant has an electric energy and buzz to it.
