Of course we do! Vivid Tours specializes in offering curated Bachelorette wine tour experiences with both full day and half day options. Our Bachelorette tours take our regular wine tours to a whole new level. Expect everything we offer on our typical tours, but with several bottles of bubbly, a private vineyard toast for the Bride and crew and a bluetooth karaoke mic to rock out in the van!

Our full day wine tours run from 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM (6 hours). Half day wine tours run from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM (4 hours). Our sunset wine tours run from 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (5 hours)
Please note, guests with pick up locations outside of our normal pickup range or for those guests departing out of Kelowna on our southern tours including the Naramata Bench, Oliver and Osoyoos will have customized itineraries. Please expect pick up to be earlier than indicated above. Our reservations team will reach out to confirm your customized pick up time.
Great question! If you’re ready for a fun, relaxing and informative day on our Kelowna wine tour and Okanagan wine country, we’ve got you covered. Your wine tour guide will pick you up directly from your accommodation in a new, air-conditioned touring vehicle and tour your through some of the most gorgeous wineries in the Okanagan Valley.
Our full day wine tours include tastings / visits to 5 wineries with an un-rushed lunch reservation at a winery bistro midway through the day. For guests with limited time, we also offer half day tours that depart in the morning and afternoon and offer tastings / visits to 4 wineries.
All winery tastings are curated by our reservations team with dedicated appointments and VIP access. Our guests will never wait in line!
Your tour includes full concierge service from your guide including taking as many photos as you’d like, carrying all wine purchases, organizing wine purchases, securing reservations at local restaurants or entertainment venues and even shipping out your wine purchases if you’d rather not take them home with you. Our guides are also well versed in local Kelowna and Okanagan knowledge, pointing out areas of interest and making recommendations that can help make your stay more enjoyable.
Yes! Guests staying at Sparkling Hill Resort that are reserving public tours can make the reservation for our Sparkling Hill Wine Tour package. Private wine tours from the resort may also be available pending availability. Yes! We love hosting single traveler’s and our Kelowna wine tour reservations team will be happy to help. Online reservations are not available for single traveler’s, since we require a minimum of two people to make a reservation through our booking platform. Please call or text us at 250-878-6701 and we can usually find a seat on a tour for you to join!
Please note, most single traveler’s that wish to join our wine tours are located in the downtown Kelowna core area. If you are located elsewhere, you may be asked to meet us at a more convenient location or at the first winery on the tour.
All our public wine tour experiences are 19+ and an adult oriented environment. We may be able to accommodate children on a private tour. Private tours are available Sunday – Wednesday and must be received by contacting our office at 250-878-6701.
For parents looking for childcare, The Rotary Centre For The Arts offers children’s camps throughout the summer for kids aged 5-10. You can connect with them at 250-717-5304
We love our furry friends but unfortunately pets are not allowed to join in on the fun for sanitary and allergy reasons. For those traveling with their pets, we have 2 amazing facilities in Kelowna that do offer daycare. Kelowna Pet Resort and Bark & Fly are conveniently located in central Kelowna and would be more than happy to offer your pet a relaxing and fun day.
Absolutely! We have a reduced rate for non-drinkers that are joining the group for a day of fun, but not partaking in any of the wine tastings. They’ll still be able to join the group for all the tastings / lunch stop, they just won’t be served any alcohol.
If you’re making a reservation online, please only select the number of people tasting alcohol and in the “notes” section of the reservation indicate that there is a non-drinker joining the group. Our reservations team will make sure everything is perfect and send an updated reservation with the non-drinker added on.

All tours posted on our website are shown as public and available for up to 14 people / vehicle. For groups of 10 or more guests, the tour will always be guaranteed private.

Yes! Winter is an amazing time of year to explore Kelowna and Okanagan wineries. Gone are the crowds of the summer, leaving some intimate “face time” between your group and winery associates and sommeliers.
Wine portfolios tend to change with the seasons as well so you’ll be able to taste some wines that are typically not offered in the summer. Even better, as new vintages are typically released in the late fall or new year, a Kelowna winter wine tour offers an opportunity to be one of the first to taste new wines!

Yes! our Kelowna wine tours operate rain or shine. Wine tastings are usually offered outdoors in the summer months and indoors during the shoulder season. In the case of rain or inclement weather during the summer, wineries will move your tasting indoors or beneath covered patios. Rainy days are always a great time to tour.
No. The consumption of alcohol in motor vehicles in British Columbia is against the law. We encourage you to have a Vividly awesome time, but please be aware of local laws, and safety is paramount. Your Vivid tour guide will go over the policies at the beginning of your tour to make sure you are aware of what is and what is not allowed. Staying safe and above board is key to having a successful Kelowna wine tour experience.
Tours are available to reserve online year round with our live availability always showing. We offer Kelowna wine tours as well as wine tours in Penticton, Oliver, Osoyoos and the Naramata Bench for groups of 2-14 guests. With our large fleet of 12 wine tour vans we can accommodate group sizes up to 140 people. For large group or corporate wine tour reservations, please contact us for more information and a personalized quote. While large groups travel separately to and from the wineries, all tastings will occur as one large group to ensure you’re with your crew!
Vivid Tours offers the most modern and luxurious wine touring fleet in the Okanagan Valley. Our fleet includes 12 x 2023 Ford Transit passenger vans with high roof, and 6 x 2023 Mercedes Sprinter passenger vans with high roof.
All touring vehicles are complete with custom audio, high roofs, USB-C fast charging ports and leather interior. Most importantly, the air conditioning is ice cold!
Offering our wine tour guests new vehicles is part of our commitment to offering the highest value on the market for Kelowna wine tours.
We have a rock solid cancellation policy. We offer a no questions asked, 100% refund if you give us 7 days notice to cancel or make changes to your Kelowna wine tour. Inside of 7 days, we’ve already started preparing for your tour, and have allocated your seat and we can’t quickly fill your spot. In this case we can’t provide you with a refund and there is a 100% charge for the entire invoice. Should government restrictions prevent tours from operating, reservations can be rescheduled or are 100% refundable, no questions asked. A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. Your tour guide will collect the balance of payment at the end of the tour. We accept cash and all major credit cards, including American Express, MasterCard, and Visa and Interac Debit. Gratuities are NOT included on your tour invoice unless shown. Suggested gratuity is 15-25%. For groups of eight or more guests, an 18% automatic gratuity is added. Split payments are available for large groups looking to pay individually.
All half-day wine tours are four hours in length and do not offer time to stop for a meal. Full-day wine tours are designed to allow time for a leisurely lunch stop and we make those reservations on your behalf at a winery bistro.
Tours that stop for lunch EXCLUDE the cost of lunch. Vivid Tours will coordinate restaurant reservations for your group. We select restaurants based on quality, availability, group size, requests, holidays, and other factors. Guests can settle their lunch bills directly with the restaurant.
Restaurant requests are welcome but not guaranteed. Vivid Tours is NOT responsible for communicating food allergies, dietary restrictions, and guests should inform the restaurant upon arrival if they have any allergies. Lunch stops typically offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.
Yes! Winery tasting fees are always included in our standard tour packages. Typically you will receive up to 20 tastings on a half day wine tour experience and up 25 tastings on a full day wine tour experience. If you are requesting a custom itinerary, there may be additional fees for some wineries. In this case, our reservations team will connect to discuss if you’d like to continue with a custom itinerary or if our daily tour selections will work for your group.
Vivid wine tours visits most wineries in the Okanagan Valley on a daily basis. For each wine tour package, we list several wineries that may be visited over the course of the day. Our wine ambassador team uniquely curates tour itineraries to ensure the highest value for our guests. Itineraries are finalized by our team. Winery requests are welcomed, but cannot be guaranteed.
We are often asked how winery itineraries are chosen. We carefully manicure each tour experience to ensure our guests experience is VIP all the way, and that they feature a representative portfolio of wines. Our winery selections are constantly evolving to ensure the quality of the experience is top notch.
No. Our public tour schedules reflect the availability of wineries, breweries, and restaurants and are setup to provide the best value and experience on your wine tour. We may be able to accommodate a custom start / end time on private tours based on availability. Please connect directly with our reservations team if you’re looking for a private tour with a custom time.
Half-day tours are 4 hour experiences, visit 4 winery locations, include up to 20 wine tastings and do not include a lunch stop. Full-day tours are 6 hour experiences, visit 5 wineries, include up to 25 tastings as well as a lunch stop at a winery bistro. Full-day tours may also include elevated tastings of reserve wines.
Both full and half-day wine tour experiences include pick up and drop off as well as all tasting fees.
