Wine Policies🍷


Vivid Tours offers pickup / drop-off service at all Kelowna, West Kelowna, Penticton, Oliver and Osoyoos area hotels, Airbnb and private addresses.  Please note your pickup time when making your reservation and ensure the pickup location is filled out accurately. As a courtesy to others on the tour, we ask that our guests be ready 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup times.  You will receive a confirmed pickup time via text message or email between 4:00PM - 6:00 PM the day prior to your tour

** For all tours with an accommodation outside of the city / area the tour takes place in, your pickup time will be earlier than indicated on the reservation to allow for travel time.  You will be contacted by text message or email the afternoon / evening prior to your tour to confirm your pickup time.

** E-bike wine tours do not include pickup or drop off.  E-bike wine tour guests will meet at Intrigue Wines in Lake Country for their tour. 

** Vernon guests.  Please note pickup in Vernon is not guaranteed when making a reservation and must be approved by Vivid Tours.  We will do our best to accommodate, however it may not be possible.  In the case it is not possible, we will provide an alternate location to meet your group for the tour.


All tasting fees are included based on the package selected. From time to time, wineries, breweries and distilleries may offer additional tasting options above and beyond your reserved tasting. In such cases an additional fee may apply.


All full day Vivid Tours include lunch reservations that showcase the regions culinary expertise. Typically lunch stops will be at one of the wineries / breweries visited for tastings, however in an effort to ensure the freshest and most indulging culinary experience, the Vivid Tours team may also make reservations at some of the Okanagan’s tastiest offerings. Unless stated in the tour package, lunch costs are excluded.  Reservations are also made based on availability and group size. Restaurant requests are welcome, but cannot be guaranteed.

Unlimited complimentary chilled bottled water is included with each tour.


Vivid Tours makes every effort to provide on time service for all tour package pickups. While we do our past, factors out of our control such as weather, traffic, accidents, road closures etc. can cause delays. Vivid Tours will not be held liable for any delays due to these factors.

Vivid Tours, partner wineries, restaurants, distilleries, breweries etc.. reserve the right to refuse service to any guests disrupting the tour service for others. This includes inebriation and/or unruly behaviour Disruptive guests will be asked to leave the tour and separate transportation will be arranged at the guest’s expense. A refund will not be provided for any guest(s) asked to leave the tour

Vivid Tours, our agents, representatives, employees etc., shall be held harmless and not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or loss of any kind whatsoever. By making a reservation with Vivid Tours, you agree to these terms.

Public Shuttles

To ensure an incredible tasting experience, the Vivid Tours team makes every effort to customize your tour and secure the dates and times of your choosing at the time of booking. This includes the commitment of our staff, equipment and vehicles.


All bookings are considered “reserved” with collection of deposit. Deposit payments can be via our online booking system and we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.

Upon booking, a 20% deposit will be applied to confirm your reservation. Any reservation cancelled 7 days or greater from the reservation date will be fully refunded less a $50 fee. Within 7 days of your reservation, all bookings are considered final and you will be charged for the full amount of the reservation and no refund will be issued.  

The balance will be collected directly from your tour guide at the end of your Vivid Tour. For your convenience, we also accept Debit, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your Vivid Guides are the heartbeat of your experience. Should you feel they’ve done an exceptional job, suggested gratuity is 15-25%. Please note, due to time constraints, one payment per group is preferred.

For all private tours and groups of eight or more guests, an 18% gratuity will be added.  No exceptions.

For all discounted tours reserved during sales campaigns, full payment will be collected at the time of booking.

All discounted tours booked through sales events are considered final sales. Refunds will not be issued, however all reservations are transferable to another date or another party. No Exceptions.  This policy overrides our standard policy for regular priced tours.

All group reservations with party size larger than 24 people are considered final 30 days or less from tour date.

Vivid Tours is committed to offering our guests and unparalleled tour and tasting experience. Your guide will foster a positive and fun atmosphere as you make your way through the day. To ensure a positive experience is had by all, we ask that all our guests follow our code of conduct.

Alcohol is not to be opened or consumed in tour vehicles.
No Food or drinks are permitted in tour vehicles
Smoking / Vaping is not permitted in tour vehicles
Any spills, excessive damage / mess to tour vehicles will result in a $500 fee charged to the cardholder that made the reservation.

Vivid Tours reserves the right to change tour locations, guides, wineries and lunch locations due to unforeseen / extenuating circumstances.

Travel Fees - All reservations made with a pickup outside of their general area will have travel fees added as shown below.  No exceptions.  All tours booked outside of their general area will be subject to availability and scheduling and will be confirmed by Vivid Tours

Kelowna to Osoyoos +$150, Kelowna to Oliver +$130, Kelowna to Okanagan Falls +$100, Kelowna to Naramata +$80, Kelowna to Summerland +$50, Osoyoos to Naramata +$100, Oliver to Naramata +80, Naramata to Oliver +$80, Naramata to Osoyoos +$100, Penticton to Oliver +$80, Penticton to Osoyoos +$100

La Casa Resort - For guests requiring pickup at La Casa resort, there will be a $100 travel fee applied.

All La Casa pickup / drop offs must be for a group booking of 6 people or more and must be approved and confirmed in writing by our office 

Half Day tours must be located in the city you are being picked up in.  In the event you reserve a tour in a different city from where your accommodation is located, your reservation will be switched to a half day tour in your local city. 

All tours are public unless unless confirmed private by our office prior to the tour.

**Items Left in Tour Vehicles

Your tour guide will make every effort to ensure that all purchases made throughout the day are labeled and handed to you at the end of your tour.  Please ensure that you receive all items purchased.  Vivid Tours will not be responsible for items left in our vehicles once you have been dropped off.  This includes not only purchases, but wallets, keys, phones etc.. 


Our tours are a ton of fun!  Many of our guests enjoy taking photos throughout the day to document the experience!  Our guides are always available and ready to offer help, snapping as many photos as you'd like.  At the start of each tour, your guide will offer this service.  We respect all our guests privacy and if this is something you'd rather handle yourself, please let your guide know.  No pictures will ever be taken or shared without permission!


Your ski shuttle departs at 7:15 AM  from the Four Points Sheraton Airport Hotel located at 5505 Airport Way, Kelowna, B.C. If you have booked a private shuttle, your pickup time will be 7:30 AM at the address stated on your reservation. PLEASE BE READY 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. Your tour guide will meet you and collect your skis, boards and equipment upon your arrival.

Only for Private Shuttle guests of the Delta Hotels by Marriott Grand Okanagan Resort: Your guide will collect you at the North doors near the Casino parkade.
